バクダンしりとり利用規約

この利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、クーファンネル(以下「運営者」)が提供する「バクダンしりとり」(スマホアプリ版とウェブ版。以下「本ゲーム」)の使い方の決まりです。本ゲームを使った方は、本規約に同意したものとします。未成年の方は、保護者の方の同意を得てから使ってください。

1. してはいけないこと

運営者は、不適切な名前・ことばや、迷惑な行為を許しません。通報はすみやかに確認し、当てはまる場合は名前を消す・オンライン対戦を止めるなどの対応をします。

本ゲームでは、次のことをしないでください。

人を傷つける・わいせつ・差別的・暴力的など、不適切な名前やことばを使うこと
本名・住所・電話番号など、自分やほかの人を特定できる情報を名前やことばに書くこと
ほかの人や団体のふりをすること
わざと試合を止める・途中で抜けることを繰り返す・同じ人をしつこく狙うなど、ほかの利用者の迷惑になること
うその通報をくり返すこと
プログラムの改造・不正なツールの使用・サーバーへの攻撃など、本ゲームの動きをじゃますること、不正にレーティングを上げること
法律や公の秩序・よい風俗に反すること
前の各号に準じる、ほかの利用者や本ゲームの運営に迷惑となること

2. 運営者ができること

利用者が1章に当たると運営者が判断したときは、前もって知らせずに、次のことができます。

オンラインの名前を消す・変えてもらう
オンライン対戦を使えないようにする(BAN)
そのほか、必要な対応をする

これらの判断の理由は、お伝えできない場合があります。

3. 買い切り「プレミアム」

「プレミアム」は1回買うとずっと使える、買い切りの商品です(広告が消え、「ルールを変える」がずっと使えます)。定期的な支払い(サブスクリプション)ではありません。
支払いと返金は、Apple(App Store)または Google(Google Play)の決まりにしたがいます。返金を希望するときは、各ストアに申し込んでください。運営者は直接の返金は行いません。
同じストアのアカウントなら、端末を変えても「前に買ったものを戻す」で使えるようになります。ストアがちがう(iPhone と Android)と引きつげません。
本ゲームの提供が終わったときは、プレミアムも使えなくなります。

4. 本ゲームの変更・停止

運営者は、前もって知らせずに、本ゲームの内容を変えたり、メンテナンスなどで一時的に止めたりすることがあります。オンライン対戦は、通信やサーバーの都合で使えないことがあります。

本ゲームの提供を終えるときは、原則として30日前までに、ゲーム内とこのページでお知らせします。

5. 免責(運営者が責任を負わないこと)

本ゲームは「今あるまま」の状態で提供します。不具合がないこと、目的に合うこと、辞書の判定がいつも正しいことは約束できません。
利用者どうしのトラブルは、当事者のあいだで解決してください。
運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、運営者が利用者に負う損害賠償の責任は、直接かつ通常の損害に限り、その利用者がその損害の原因となったときより前の12か月間に運営者に支払った金額(プレミアムの代金など)を上限とします。

6. 権利

本ゲームの絵・音・プログラム・文章などの権利は、運営者または正当な権利を持つ人にあります。辞書などの出典は、下の「クレジット」に書いています。

7. 個人情報

利用者の情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに書いています。

8. 本規約の変更

運営者は、民法の決まりにしたがって本規約を変えることがあります。そのときは、変えた内容と効力が始まる日を、その日より前にこのページ(大きな変更はゲーム内でも)でお知らせします。

9. 準拠法と裁判所

本規約は日本の法律にしたがって解釈します。本ゲームについて争いになったときは、運営者の所在地を受け持つ地方裁判所または簡易裁判所を、第一審の専属の裁判所とします。ただし、利用者の住む国の法律で、利用者に認められている権利と裁判所はさまたげません。

Bomb Word Chain Terms of Service

Established: October 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using "Bomb Word Chain" (Bakudan Shiritori; the mobile apps and the web version, "the Game") provided by Koofunnel ("we"). By using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, please get your parent's or guardian's permission first. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Prohibited conduct

We have zero tolerance for objectionable names or words and abusive behavior. We review reports promptly and may remove names or ban players.

When using the Game, you must not:

Use inappropriate names or words, such as hurtful, obscene, discriminatory or violent ones
Put information that identifies you or others (real name, address, phone number, etc.) in names or words
Pretend to be another person or organization
Disturb other players, for example by stalling games on purpose, repeatedly leaving mid-game, or targeting the same person
Repeatedly make false reports
Interfere with the Game, such as modifying the program, using cheating tools or attacking the servers, or raise your rating unfairly
Break the law or act against public order and morals
Do anything else similar to the above that causes trouble for other players or for the operation of the Game

2. What we may do

If we decide that a player has done anything in section 1, we may, without prior notice:

Remove the player's online name or require it to be changed
Suspend the player from online play (ban)
Take any other necessary action

We may not be able to tell you the reasons for these decisions.

3. One-time purchase "Premium"

"Premium" is a one-time purchase that you keep (it removes ads and keeps "Change rules" unlocked). It is not a subscription.
Payments and refunds follow the rules of Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To request a refund, please contact the store. We do not issue refunds directly.
With the same store account, you can get Premium back on a new device with "Restore purchase". Purchases cannot be moved between stores (iPhone and Android).
If we stop providing the Game, Premium will also stop working.

4. Changes and interruptions

We may change the Game or pause it for maintenance without prior notice. Online play may be unavailable because of network or server conditions.

If we stop providing the Game, we will, in principle, announce it in the Game and on this page at least 30 days in advance.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is free of bugs, fits your purpose, or that the dictionary always judges words correctly.
Disputes between players should be resolved between the players.
Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to you for damages is limited to direct and ordinary damages, up to the total amount you paid us (such as the price of Premium) in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.

6. Rights

The rights to the Game's art, sound, program and text belong to us or their rightful owners. Dictionary sources are listed under "Credits" below.

7. Personal information

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms in accordance with the Civil Code of Japan. When we do, we will announce the changes and the date they take effect on this page (and, for major changes, also in the Game) before that date.

9. Governing law and court

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court with jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance. However, this does not limit any rights or choice of court you have under the laws of the country where you live.
